ibcs manufactured, remanufactured or repaired before 1 january 2011 need not be marked with the maximum permitted stacking load in accordance with 6.5.2.2.2. such ibcs, not marked in accordance with 6.5.2.2.2, may still be used after 31 december 2010 but must be marked in accordance with
6.5.2.2.2 if they are remanufactured or repaired after that date. ibcs manufactured, remanufactured or repaired between 1 january 2011 and 31 december 2016 and marked with the maximum permitted stacking load in accordance with 6.5.2.2.2 in force up to 31 december 2014 may continue to be used.
