type c packages shall be designed to meet the requirements specified in 6.4.2 and of 6.4.7.2 to
6.4.7.15, except as specified in 6.4.7.14 (a), and of the requirements specified in 6.4.8.2 to 6.4.8.6,
6.4.8.10 to 6.4.8.15, and, in addition, of 6.4.10.2 to 6.4.10.4.
