fixed tanks (tank-vehicles) and demountable tanks constructed before 1 july 2011 in accordance with
the requirements of 6.8.2.2.3 in force up to 31 december 2010 but which do not, however, conform to
the requirements of 6.8.2.2.3, third paragraph, concerning the position of the flame trap or flame
arrester may still be used.
