fixed tanks (tank-vehicles), demountable tanks and battery-vehicles designed and constructed in
accordance with standards applicable at the time of their construction (see 6.8.2.6 and 6.8.3.6)
according to the provisions of adr which were applicable at that time may still be used unless
restricted by a specific transitional measure.
