certificates of approval which conform to the model shown in 9.1.3.5 applicable up to 31 december
2006 and those which conform to the model shown in 9.1.3.5 applicable from 1 january 2007 to 31
december 2008 may continue to be used. certificates of approval which conform to the model shown
in 9.1.3.5 applicable from 1 january 2009 up to 31 december 2014 may continue to be used.
